What is deleted
Everything linked to your account, all at once:
- your profile and the answers you gave during setup;
- your plan and your progress on the skill path;
- every session you logged and your personal records;
- every note in your notebook;
- your conversations with Cali, the coach, and the programs he wrote for you;
- your sign-in: the email address and password of the account.
There is no undo. We cannot restore a deleted account; if you come back to Calisty later, you start with a new one.
Your data leaves the app straight away. Any copies left in our backups are erased within 30 days, as the privacy policy explains. Anonymous usage statistics, if you allowed them, carry no name or email address and are not linked to your account, so they are kept.
Uninstalling is not deleting
Removing Calisty from your phone, or logging out, leaves your account and its data in place. To erase them, delete the account as described above, or ask us to.
If your account is only on your phone
If you started with Use a local account instead, nothing is stored on our servers: your plan and everything you logged live on your phone, and Settings shows On this phone only. The same steps erase it all from the phone.
If you can no longer open the app
Lost your phone, or can’t sign in any more? Email privacy@calisty.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We reply within 30 days, and it costs nothing.
If the app says the account can’t be deleted
A few accounts, such as the test accounts we use ourselves, are locked: instead of the confirmation, the app shows Account can't be deleted. If you see this on your own account, write to support@calisty.app and we will sort it out.
